Use of our website
When you visit our website, technical data may be processed, such as your IP address, time of access, pages visited, and browser and device information. We use these data to operate and secure the website and resolve technical problems. The website is hosted by Infomaniak.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, telephone or the contact form, we process your details to respond to your enquiry. The form collects your name, email address, telephone number if provided, subject and optional message. Form submissions are delivered to the clinic mailbox using Microsoft Graph and handled there as emails. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated submissions; it may process technical browser and connection data. Please do not send confidential medical information through the website form, ordinary emails or the AI chat.
AI assistant
Our optional AI assistant sends your messages and conversation context to the OpenAI API to generate responses. The conversation is also logged on the clinic's hosting infrastructure; authorised staff may review logs for quality assurance. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently documented for these chat logs. The AI assistant does not replace medical advice.
Service providers, international processing and retention
We use Infomaniak, Microsoft, Cloudflare and OpenAI for this website. Depending on the service, personal data may also be processed outside Switzerland. Enquiries, emails and technical data are stored in the relevant systems. Retention depends on the purpose of processing and applicable obligations; specific periods may differ by data type and system.
